Refund & Returns
Our policy on credits, refunds and digital delivery.

E-Com Asset Studio sells digital credits used to generate AI images. Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, the following policy applies.
1. Credits & charging
A credit is deducted only when a generation successfully produces at least one image. If a generation completely fails, no credit is charged. If a generation succeeds but you are not satisfied with the result, the credit is still considered used, as AI compute has been spent.
2. Refunds on purchased credits
- Unused credits: If you purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or twice, we will refund the erroneous amount in full.
- Used credits: Credits already spent on generating images are non-refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@sachinecom.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Returns
As E-Com Asset Studio provides a digital service (AI-generated images) and not physical goods, there are no physical returns. Any issues with generated images should be reported to support and we will do our best to help, including re-running generations where appropriate.
5. Service issues
If the Service is unavailable or malfunctions and prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us and we will restore the affected credits or issue a fair refund.
