This Privacy Policy explains how E-Com Asset Studio ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and services.

• Account information: name, email and (optionally) phone number when you sign up or sign in with Google.
• Uploaded images: the product photos you upload to generate images.
• Usage data: generation history (category, status, timestamps), credit transactions, IP address and browser/user-agent for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To generate your product images and operate your account and credits.
• To improve reliability, prevent abuse and provide support.
• To send essential account emails (for example, password resets).

3. Image handling & retention

Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) solely to generate your images. We do not store the generated image files permanently — temporary files are automatically deleted from our servers within a couple of minutes. We retain only metadata about each generation (such as category and status), never the image bytes.

4. Third-party services

We use Google (for sign-in and AI image generation) and may use a payment provider for credit purchases. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, hashed passwords, signed session tokens) to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
